Listen To Kanye West's 'Black Skinhead' Remix, Featuring Miley Cyrus And Travis Scott

This was unexpected.

Kanye West -- and his fans -- have lately been laser-focused on his upcoming album SWISH, with its predecessor, 2013's Yeezus, distantly in the rearview. But on Thursday (Jan. 21), we were reminded of one of that album's most memorable moments, "Black Skinhead," with the release of the song's remix.

In addition to an appearance from Kanye, the remix finds Miley Cyrus interpolating Tears For Fears’ “Everybody Wants to Rule the World,” and Travis Scott delivering some of his favorite ad-libs and a brief outro. Back in 2013, Mike Will Made It revealed to MTV News that Miley and 'Ye hit the studio together to work on the remix following that year's VMAs.

It's unclear why, after all those years, this song hit the 'net today, as well as if it's an official version (highly unlikely), or if it's finished (also unlikely). But I'll take it in all its unexpected weirdness as a brief holdover before (hopefully) a G.O.O.D. Friday release from Kanye tomorrow, and SWISH on Feb. 11.
