Between her pale pink gown and voluminous hair, Katy Perry’s first red carpet of 2016 is one we won’t be forgetting any time soon. She finished off the high glam look with a subtle glow and — as always — flawless cat eye, which bolstered the overall ’60s vibe.
We got the details on her glam from the man responsible for it, makeup artist Todd Delano.
Todd began by prepping Katy's skin with COVERGIRL TruBlend Primer. On top of that, he applied Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation in Buff Beige for "a luminous look that would last throughout the award show." For the final touches on her skin, he "warmed up her skin with TruBlend Bronzer in Medium and added a pop of rosy color to her cheeks with TruBlend Blush in Medium Rose."
For her eyes -- which Todd revealed were the focus of Katy's look -- he began with the COVERGIRL TruNaked Eye Shadow Palette in Nudes. After layering the matte colors all over her lids, Todd drew a thick cat eye using TruNaked Waterproof Eyeliner Duo in Mocha Ebony. Finally, for her insanely voluminous lashes, he used two coats of COVERGIRL's new Plumpify Mascara by blastPRO.
To round out the entire look, Todd used Colorlicious OhSugar! Vitamin Infused Balm in Sprinkle, which matched her gown perfectly.
