So, let's introduce the term "diamond star gay" to the mix, because after the below video series, it seems necessary. It's defined as a gay person who has never kissed someone of the opposite sex in a romantic fashion. Why did we invent this term? Because 10 gay people just lost their diamond stars.
YouTube channel The Human Experiment assembled groups of gay and straight men and women to kiss each other for the first time. For some, it's awkward AF. But for others, it seems to go a little more smoothly than planned. (Note the image at the top of this post.)
"It's sweet! You have really nice lips," one of the straight women says to her male partner after their smooch. He returns the compliment, while maintaining his shy demeanor. One of the lesbian/straight male partners are actually a little teary-eyed after their kiss -- smooching proved really emotional for them both.
All in all, every participant took it as an enlightening experience -- and that's really the most important part. ???????
