The fantastic rise of Riff Raff continues! Yesterday, the rap rumor mill suggested (and confirmed by Pitchfork) that the man who also masquerades as Jody Highroller was recording songs with Drake and A$AP Rocky -- stoked in part by Riff tweeting to Drake that he was about to send him a verse and Drizzy responding by Instagramming a pic of the two together. Hive hit up Riff Raff this morning to get the official party line behind the speculation. "It's not finished yet, but this is a monumental pinnacle in music history," Riff Raff told us of his song with Drake, before predicting that the vibe of their collaboration will be "neon monumental pinnacally."

Pressed about his hook up with A$AP Rocky, Riff Raff explained, "I asked him if he wanted to get on the Diplo album Neon Vibes [that's] dropping in July and he said he would. He is gonna make a hot sound for us so it will sound more like it's his song featuring me, because a lot of my songs have similar vibes so I wanted to switch it up and get that gloomy underworld A$AP vibe on my album."

Then the Riffster teased that the guest list for his Mad Decent-released project is going to stay on the high-profile tip: "Wiz [Khalifa] did a verse on the "Castles Around My Heart" song for the Diplo album and that was such a crazy verse he did." Consider 2013 the official year of the Versace python.
