The Weeknd Navigates Media and Sex in "Twenty Eight" Video

In the Weeknd’s video for “Twenty Eight,” a bonus track from his recently reissued Trilogy, the Canadian R&B singer finds himself navigating the international world of media and sex. Here, director Nabil (who’s done videos for Frank Ocean, Kanye West, Bon Iver and more) cuts shots of Abel being interviewed on a foreign talk show with topless girls dancing and bathing at his place. “I’m so wrong, so wrong, to let you in my home,” he croons on the hook. “Now you know where I sleep.” Yes, sometimes even the people we see on TV have vulnerable secrets waiting at home.
