Last night Seattle Alt Rock radio station 107.7 The End held its long-running annual Christmas show. In past years the Deck the Halls Ball was headlined by Washington natives like Death Cab for Cutie and Modest Mouse. This year featured a pretty international line-up of M83, the Joy Formidable and Metric, among others, but photographer Chona Kasinger noted that many of the bands were Seattle favorites who had come through the state earlier this year via the Bumbershoot and Sasquatch festivals. Check out her photos from the night below. The night's biggest surprise? Seeing Skippy, from TLC's The Virgin Diaries, in the audience. Hope he brought a date.
