Half a year after releasing their major-label debut, hip-hop noiseniks Death Grips posted their new album online on their own accord, free for anyone to stream or download (http://thirdworlds.net/main/death.php), today. The group, which counts Hella drummer Zach Hill among its ranks, announced the album, No Love Deep Web back in April, but they apparently grew upset with the lack of attention they received from the record company, who offered to release it next year, so they took matters into their own hands. Last night, the group tweeted, "The label will be hearing the album for the first time with you."

As far as the actual music, the group had promised the "heaviest thing we've made so far" and they've stayed true to the description. The album contains 13 tracks of swirling mooshy soundscapes and MC Ride's bassy and base lyrics (as well as a requisite, and maybe self-prophesizing KRS-One "It's a suicide" nod) like, "You can sit between the backseat and my dick." The record label, Epic, has yet to release a comment on the album's release.
