Stream Freddie Gibbs' 'Baby Face Killa' Mixtape

Freddie Gibbs' Baby Face Killa mixtape dropped last night. It's notable as the rapper's first ever contribution to DJ Drama's "Gangsta Grillz" series and also for introducing the world to the all-new gangsta rap breakfast regime: "Weeds and waffles in the morning/ Downtown Chicago, smoking on some shit that I imported." That stoner menu appears on "The Hard," one of 18 slow-rolling tracks that make up the project and finds Gibbs hob-nodding with guests like Z-Ro ("Boxframe Cadillac ('83 DeVille Mix)"), Curren$y ("Tell a Friend"), and the hazy combo of Krayzie Bone and Spaceghostpurrp ("Kush Cloud"). Gibbs's mentor figure Young Jeezy also blesses two songs with his vocals, "Go for It" and "Seventeen," while throughout the tape Fred's own flow remains confident and relaxed -- no doubt fortified by his weed and waffles wake-up call.
