Hive Five: Our Daily Listicle of Musical Musings

Riff Raff is selling his legendary Hollywood condo! For a snazzy $300,000 down payment (rising to $1.5 million for the whole shebang) you can own a Los Angeles two-bedroom apartment that comes complete with two bathrooms (one of which contains a walk-in rainforest shower). In a move to make this real estate much more lucrative than just your run-of-the-mill Hollywood condo, Riff Raff has decided to list it "furnished" -- which means the lucky buyer will also inherit the rapper's hand-picked superior taste in interior design. What does that entail exactly? Riff Raff recently walked us through the swankiest fixtures in his crib that you, future homeowner, will inherit.

1. A Red Corvette Couch

You got the $11,000 Corvette couch. It's custom made from ruby-red Italian leather.

2. A Snail Shelf

It's a snail shelf from eastern Pakistan. It's a snail shelf that weighs like 35 pounds which is just the shell of a snail. It's one of the largest snails ever found. It has engravings and Pharoah markings on the actual shell, like carved into the side of it. I've grown attached to that snail, to that piece of history.

3. Iguana Mantelpieces

You have hand-crafted iguana mantelpieces -- they're twin geckos on the wall. You can't just find them 'cause it's rare artifacts; you can't just find them in the United States. I had them shipped over from Egypt.

4. A Water Bed From the '80s

One of the bedrooms has a water-bed from the early-'80s, but it's custom built. It's a real one-of-a-kind, just like everything in the condo.

5. A Marble Bar Constructed Out of Ancient Artifacts

There's a quarter-ton bar made out of marble slab. It's Egyptian marble slab from ancient artifacts.
