Hip hop producer Araabmuzik has had a run of solid collaborations, his most recent being with Danny Brown on “Molly Ringwald,” but the Rhode Island native is just getting started. Backstage at last weekend's Pitchfork Music Festival, he told Hive that he'll appear on Azealia Banks’ full-length Broke With Expensive Taste next. “Her manager hit me up to ask about a beat and I emailed one over,” Araab said. “She had wanted me on the [Fantasea] mixtape, because she likes my style, but I sent her some stuff for her album. She’s excited about that.”
Araabmuzik has discussed collaborations with Raekwon and Linkin Park too. “Raekwon is the last person who reached out to me,” he says. “Something is in the works [with him] right now. I’ve been doing a lot of remixes too. I have one coming up with Linkin Park for their new single [“Burn It Down”]. I remixed it and I’m going to throw a couple people on it.”
