At this point in December, many people wait until the new year to debut a ~dramatic~ new look. Iggy Azalea, though, isn't like most people. On Thursday night (Dec. 17), she took to Instagram to share a bright new hair color.

She's gone pink! Like, full pink. Unlike the pastel shades that many have been into recently—looking at you, Kesha—Iggy went for a deeper, more orangey shade. She complemented her new 'do with a cat eye and red lips, a look she was over, but is now not.

Iggy's new hair is surprising, not just for its bold hue, but also because she's engaged to be married at some point in the near future -- typically, brides play the beauty game safe for their big days (see: Kim Kardashian going back to her natural brunette for her Italian wedding with Kanye West). However, the actual date of Iggy and fiancé Nick Young's nuptials are not publicly known, so there could still be time for her to go back to her signature platinum before walking down the aisle if that's something she wants to do.

This isn't the first time Iggy has dabbled in pink hair—she debuted pink tips (alongside a major haircut!) back in May. Though Iggy has been laying low for the past few months while she's working on her album, we're hopeful we'll get to see the new shade out and about soon.
