Rose Siggins' character Legless Suzi was one of the few characters on the fourth season of "American Horror Story" who didn't have an agenda. She loved her friends and her friends loved her.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Siggins passed away at 43 years old Saturday morning (Dec. 12) in Denver, Colorado. Deadline reports the cause of death "was an infection that spread through her body following kidney stone surgery earlier this month." She leaves behind two children, Luke and Shelby, as well as her "AHS" family.
Born with sacral agenesis, Siggins defied the odds as the first person to survive childbirth with this condition. "No one in the world, in the beginning of time, has ever done this before... Believe it or not, I had no problems with my first pregnancy at all. Everything they feared did not come true," Siggins stated in a promo for "AHS."
According to her IMDb page, Siggins was in the middle of filming the documentary "Schlitzie: One of Us," slated to release next year. A Go Fund Me page has been set up for her kids. If you wish to donate, click here.
Rest in peace, Rose. You will be missed.
