There Was Another 'Lizzie McGuire' Reunion — And It Was Super Meta

Now this is what dreams are made of.

The year 2015 seems to be the year of reunions for '90s kids. For starters, we've seen Sean Flynn and Christopher Massey reunite for "Zoey 101," Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson pair up for "Good Burger" and we're going to see Josh Peck and Drake Bell team up again on an episode of "Grandfathered." For real, my fellow '90s kids, this is OUR year.

And now, we have Jake Thomas and Clayton Snyder, aka Matt McGuire and Ethan Craft from "Lizzie McGuire," hanging out like the BFFs they are. Snyder spoke about his friendship with Thomas, as well as with the rest of the cast, with MTV News earlier this year.

On Thursday (Dec. 3), Snyder uploaded a photo to Instagram of the two former Disney Channel stars goofing off — and watching "Lizzie McGuire." Specifically, the iconic Christmas episode "Xtreme Xmas," based on Snyder's caption.

"So Jake rolls in to join the #whlnmovie cast and I'm catching him up to speed while browsing the TV guide. Lo and behold... Also, Steven Tyler, not the best Santa," joked Snyder.

In case you're wondering what #whlmovie is, it's Snyder and Thomas' new comedy "What Happened Last Night." Yep, you read that correctly. The two "Lizzie McGuire" bros are working together on another film! Cue the song "What Dreams Are Made Of," because that's exactly what's happening right now.

According to the movie's website, the comedy is "a film dedicated to those who have woke up in confusion." It seems like a shoutout to all the people who partied a little too hard the night before, and then wake up trying to remember what the hell went down. Honestly, same.

And because we're all about that reunion life here at MTV News, let's take a look back at more of these post-"Lizzie McGuire" get-togethers that are still making us shout, "Hey now, hey now!"

At the very beginning of this year, Thomas, Snyder and Lalaine reunited and reminded us just how precious they all are.

What I learned from this pic: Thomas is now much closer in height to Synder. This definitely wasn't the case in that 2005 photo.

Back in April, Thomas partied it up, bowling-style, with Hilary Duff and Lalaine.

Thomas told MTV News the reunion was a total coincidence. He and Lalaine were hanging out and went bowling, only to discover their former costar was bowling at the exact same place. (The nostalgia gods answered our prayers.)

Over the summer Miranda and Gordo (Adam Lamberg) were reunited and our collective '90s hearts burst into a million happy pieces of joy.

Also, I can't get over Gordo with a mustache and goatee.

In early September, Snyder and Lalaine hung out by a pool and looked totes adorable.

"Make time for friends. ?," Snyder wrote on Instagram, complete with whale emoji. Lalaine shared another photo from that night on her own Instagram account. Seriously, how cute are these two?!

It should also be noted Lalaine calls Thomas "brother," which is honestly too perfect. They grew up together, so it makes total sense.

She also seems to be in the habit of snapping selfies with him while he's on the phone. Whatevs. You do you, girl.

Real talk, we're so glad the cast doesn't feel this negative way about each other all these years later. Part of what made "Lizzie McGuire" so memorable was the perfect camaraderie amongst the characters. Now, when are we getting that reunion, Disney?
