First 'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Teaser Is Playing With Your Emotions

... While also reminding you that Bran is still on the show!

"Game of Thrones" Season 6 might seem like a lifetime away, but it's not as far off as, say, winter in Westeros -- and HBO is already offering teases of what's coming up next. Check out the first trailer for Season 6 below:

As you can see -- unless you're Arya Stark, that is -- HBO isn't offering up any new footage at this time. However, this doesn't mean that the teaser isn't telling us anything.

"The past is already written; the ink is dry," a voice -- who we assume is Max von Sydow's Three-eyed Raven -- tells us, not-so-subtly referring to the fact that this is the first season of "Thrones" that has almost entirely surpassed George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series. ("Almost," because some characters, like Arya, Brienne and Jaime, still have a little bit of book left to go. Others, like Jon Snow and Dany, are a giant mystery.)

"They have no idea what's going to happen," Isaac Hempstead Wright's Bran[flakes] adds, totally rubbing it in while also reminding us that he is still on this show. (Wright and his best bud, Hodor, were absent throughout all of Season 5.)

One thing this teaser doesn't reveal is the Season 6 premiere date, so stay tuned for more information on when exactly in April you'll find out what happened to Jon Snow.
