'Toy Story' Meets 'The Shining' In Artist Kyle Lambert's Creepy Art

The snowbound terror of Stanley Kubrick's adaptation of "The Shining" meets the plastic playfulness of 1995's "Toy Story" in this gallery of images from U.K.-based artist Kyle Lambert.

Woody does a convincing Jack Nicholson impression in this gallery, which replaces the three principal leads with Andy's talking toys. Lambert casts each of the characters with the same plastic sheen their CG/toy counterparts have, giving the whole thing an extra layer of unreality. It's... weirdly unsettling.

"Toy Story," which turns 20 in 2015, is making its own foray into horror this Halloween with the animated short "Toy Story of TERROR."
