The clock is ticking for three super-powered Londoners in Titan Comics' new 'Death Sentence' series, and we've got your exclusive first look at issue #2!

In addition to the 'Death Sentence' trailer published earlier this spring, the folks at Titan provided us with an exclusive (non-spoilery) plot synopsis and some sweet cover art for 'Death Sentence' #2! Titan elaborates:

"[In 'Death Sentence' #2] washed-up indie guitarist Weasel tries to make amends for a life that's totally f*****d – but changing the direction of a lifetime can be murder! Comedian and media personality Monty tests the limits of his new powers of persuasion, with horrifying results... and, after her explosive activation, Verity is on the run from the government – but can her nascent abilities keep her one step ahead of a crack team of GCHQ operatives?"

Currently set as a six-issue series, 'Death Sentence' is the brainchild of writer Monty Nero and artist Mike Dowling, who have collaborated previously in the British comics anthologies 2000AD and CLiNT. Mark Millar, 'Kick Ass' creator and editor at CLiNT, says "it's the best idea [he's] seen in years...[it's] genuinely original."

'Death Sentence' #2 won't hit stands until November 13th, but in the meantime you can check out the series in the June issue of 'Previews'...and be sure to pick up a copy of 'Death Sentence' #1, in stores October 9th!
