In this episode: The Rhino is ridiculously awesome, thanks for the "Arrested Development," Whedon talks Wanda and Pietro, and more!
I love these pre-CG images from movies that we get nowadays. This one from "Amazing Spider-Man 2" is especially delightful because Giamatti looks like he's having a blast here. I'm relieved that he's going to don some kind of crazy big "rhino" costume and not just be a sweatsuit-wearing gangster, like we saw in previous pics.
Mitch Hurwitz posted a hand-written thank you-note to fans for the success of the (disappointing IMO) return of "Arrested Development."
SELENA GOMEZ AND CHANNING TATUM!
Joss Whedon stopped by Jimmy Fallon on Friday and talked Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and why he chose the mutant duo:
Their powers are very visually interesting. One of the problems I had on the first one was that everybody basically had punchy powers...coming into the second one it's like, he's got superspeed, she can weave spells and a little telekinesis and get inside your head, there's good stuff that they can do.
So this is what Chucky looks like in the "Curse of Chucky," the next installment of the killer doll franchise. This one is apparently less jokey than the last two, and it looks like Chuck got a facelift, as he's no longer the scarred, grotesque little thing that we was in "Bride" and Seed."
IN THE NOT-TOO-DISTANT FUTURE?
Love this early version of a poster for the 1989 "Batman" movie. The tagline strikes me as odd though. Did that movie take place in the not-too-distant future?
8-BIT IRON MAN!
What if "Iron Man" was both an 8-bit videogame? It would be awesome, is what it would be!
'Til tomorrow, gang!
