Viewers are just a couple of days away from the season premiere of "Game of Thrones." To get psyched for the premiere, check out this teaser trailer with new dragon footage. This third season promises plenty of action as the seven noble families go to war over control of Westeros.
The first thing viewers see is an epic wide shot of a gathering army. This shot never seems to end as we see countless rows of knights lined up for battle. We then catch glimpses of one sword-fight, then another sword-fight, and another. Viewers even get sneak a peek of King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) being scared. Though we never see who it is, someone takes out a knife at him. Soon, audiences will be asking themselves, "Who is King Joffrey afraid of?"
Something is in the snowstorm, clawing its way across the mountain. Could it be one of the White Walkers? Am I going to see some zombie action this season finally? The last person to see the White Walkers was Sam (John Bradley) in "Valar Morghulis." Is that Sam running away in fear from the White Walkers?
The best part of the trailer has to be seeing the three dragons flying in the air, side by side. One of the dragons is circling around, spitting out fire, and causing all kinds of mayhem. Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) stands tall and confident as an explosion takes place behind her. Unfazed by the fire and destruction, Daenerys looks around as if everything is going according to plan.
If the war is lost, "the night will never end." I don't know about you, but every time I see a new trailer, I get even more excited about the season premiere of "Game of Thrones." Can we get this season started already?
"Game of Thrones" airs this Sunday, March 31st, on HBO at 9PM.
