'Superman: Unbound' World Premiere Set For WonderCon


If you're one of the lucky fans attaneding WonderCon in Anaheim, Ca March 29-31, you could gain admission to a special screening of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's DC Universe Animated Original Movie "Superman: Unbound" on Friday, March 29 at 6:00 p.m.

At Anaheim Convention Center’s Arena, the latest DC animated flick, "Superman: Unbound" will see its world premiere.

According to he official press release, "Superman: Unbound" is:

A destructive force is devastating planets across the galaxy – with Earth next in its sights – and even Superman may not be capable of halting the destruction alone. Based on the Geoff Johns/Gary Frank 2008 DC Comics release "Superman: Brainiac," the film’s stellar voicecast is led by Matt Bomer (White Collar) as Superman, John Noble (Fringe, The Lord of the Rings films) as Brainiac, Molly Quinn (Castle) as Supergirl and Stana Katic (Castle) as Lois Lane.

Gary Miereanu will moderate a post-screening panel featuring Quinn, producer/director James Tucker, screenwriter Bob Goodman, and dialogue director Andrea Romano. The panel will include prizes, a Q&A session, and potential peeks into the future of DC Animated movies.

Prior to the screening, 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the DC Entertainment booth, panelists will sign exlcusive WonderCon mini-posters.



"Superman: Unbound" will be released on Blu-ray, DVD, OnDemand and For Download on May 7, 2013.
