...and then, just as I'm getting ready to close up shop for the night, there comes this (it was either this or the Bluewater "Presidential Dogs" comic).
Yes, America's favorite teenager, Justin Bieber Archie Andrews is going to go Undead in the newly-announced ongoing series "Afterlife With Archie."
"Glee" scribe Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who is penning "Afterlife With Archie," describes the book as "what if the Archie characters found themselves in a Stephen King novel like The Stand or a Sam Raimi movie like The Evil Dead?"
Presumably, "Afterlife With Archie" won't involve any screwdrivers to the eye or tongue-splitting -- though there is an intriguingly-named story arc called "Betty R.I.P." (she was always too much of a goody-goody for me, anyway).
"Afterlife With Archie" is set to hit stores in late 2013.
