Real-Life Batman Apprehends Criminal, Vanishes Into The Night

In the United Kingdom, Batman marched a criminal into Trafalgar House police station in West Yorkshire while declaring "I've caught this one for you" before disappearing into a puff of smoke.

The incident -- which took place last Monday -- involved a man donning a very convincing 60's Batman cape and cowl to deliver the alleged evil-doer accused of handling stolen goods.

Police believe the suspect knew the masked man because, even though Batman brought him in, he essentially surrendered. They believe that Bats was hiding his true identity to separate himself from any association with criminal activities. Also, because he's really billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne.

Kathryn Sutcliffe from The Joke Shop says that she sold the costume to the hero, whom she claims was in his 20's. She said:

Usually they want the Dark Knight costume but he wanted this one. He wanted the one with the muscly chest as well.

Bless his heart. He may not be the hero we want, but he's the hero we need.
