“Daaaayyyyyynger Zooooooonnnnnnne!” The most important toy announcement of 2013 is here: FX’s animated spy comedy Archer is getting a slew of merchandise, including action figures.

Factory Entertainment has the license for the acclaimed cartoon, featuring plushes, Shakems and yes, action figures – and who’s more of an action figure than Sterling Archer?

As big fans of the show, we’re psyched by the initial announcements, which include:

• Collector Plush including: Sterling Archer, Lana Kane, Baby Seamus and Pam Poovey’s Dolphin Puppet.

• Shakems™Premium Motion Statues – Factory Entertainment’s line of highly detailed, desktop-scaled polystone statues featuring a dynamic motion element and authentic character dialogue including: Lana Kane & Sterling Archer.

• Action Figures – Detailed collector-oriented action figures starting with Sterling Archer himself!

Oooh! The Wee Baby Seamus AND Pam’s puppet? Nice! All we ask is that the figure line include some bear claw accessories for Pam’s figure…and that Cheryl come with some huffing markers, a robotic arm for choking and an ocelot…and Doctor Krieger gets a van playset with holographic Japanese fiancée…and of course you can’t forget such Archer variants as “Honey Pot Archer” and “Post-Cancer ‘Terms of Enrampagement’ Archer…”

If you have no idea what we’re talking about, Archer is an animated series starring the voice of H. Jon Benjamin as Sterling Archer, the world’s worst greatest spy. Handsome, dashing and a master of firearms, he’s also ignorant, sexist, self-absorbed and filled with mommy issues, not helped by the fact that said mommy is also his boss at ISIS, the poorly-run spy agency that’s a lot more like Dunder-Mifflin than S.H.I.E.L.D.

The series is currently in its fourth season – with the first two seasons available for streaming on Netflix Instant, and the third season on DVD and Blu-Ray. According to Factory Entertainment, the toys will come out in Spring 2013

So how about it? You planning to get these figures…or can you handle the DAAAAYNNGER ZOOOOONNNNNN?!
