Tonner To Produce Dolls Based On 'Warm Bodies' Movie

Can zombie fashion dolls really find a market (certainly they have worked with Monster High). Enter Tonner's new line of "Warm Bodies" dolls, based on the zom-rom-com movie, which have just been announced in conjunction with Toy Fair.

Bearing an uncanny resemblance to the film's main characters, R and Julie, each doll is 17" tall and features highly-detailed sculpting and outfits. Even the dirt smudge on R's jeans look authentic.

What is a high-fashion doll company like Tonner doing putting out dolls based on what is, in a sense, a horror movie? CEO Robert Tonner remarked,

"I saw the movie and loved it. It had just the right amount of everything: comedy, flesh-eating action, and romance."

Flesh-eating action component is not included in the R doll.
