New Comics Nov. 14: Marvel NOW! #1s Plus 'Death of the Family' And More!

This Wednesday we see 4 -- count 'em -- FOUR Marvel NOW launches: "All-New X-Men", "Fantastic Four", "Thor God Of Thunder" , and "X-Men Legacy" . All come with a passel of variant covers, most notably a series of "Baby" covers featuring artist Skottie Young.

We recently interviewed Jeff Parker on the doings of "Red She-Hulk" #59, out this week as well!

If you're in an "Ultimate Spider-Man" frame of mind, there's two hardcover collections to consider: "Spider-Men" and "Ultimate Comics Spider-Man: Death of Spider-Man Omnibus".

On the DC side of things, the Joker continues his carnage-filled comeback "Death Of The Family" by spilling tons of blood all over "Batman" #14, "Batgirl" #14, and "Suicide Squad" #14 (check out our recent interview on all things Harley with writer Adam Glass).

There's also two new "New 52" collections hitting stores: the hardcover "Superman Vol. 1: What Price Tomorrow" and the trade paperback "Blue Beetle Vol. 1: Metamorphosis".

Vertigo sees two notable books this week: the hardcover graphic novel "Fables: Werewolves of the Heartland" and the last collected volume of the critically-acclaimed "Scalped."

IDW  debuts this week include "Locke & Key Omega," "Borderlands Origins" and "Chasing the Dead" (check out an exclusive preview here). Their trades include Vol. 1 of their "Godzilla" ongoing, and a hardcover of the "Opus Complete Sunday Strips 2003-2008".

Today Image launches "Great Pacific" and "Where Is Jake Ellis?" -- other Image offerings include oversized hardcovers of the long out-of-print Brubaker/Lark "Scene of the Crime," as well as the Casey/Adlard "Rock Bottom." And volume one of the horror/martial arts series "Shinku" debuts in trade paperback.

Let's talk about last issues -- such as Dynamite's 'The Boys" #72!
