NYCC 2012: Get Educated About Adult Swim's 'China, IL' With Its Creators

Sure, most of you know about Greendale, but what about the severely dysfunctional education of higher learning in Adult Swim's "China, IL?" Creator Brad Neely (and the voice of Baby Cakes, Frank, and Steve) and executive producer Daniel Weidenfeld join MTV Geek's Steven Smith during New York Comic-Con to talk about the animated series.

In the interview, Neely, a veteran of "South Park," talks about some of the origins of the series, as well as new addition comedian Hannibal Burress ("30 Rock," "The Eric Andre Show").

"China, IL" is set at a fictional institution of higher learning where the staff just don't care, the students aren't that much better, and Hulk Hogan voices the musclebound he-man dean. In the first season, the school was beset with feral hippies, ghosts, and a very macho mayor.

The series' second season is currently in production.
