'Transformers Prime: Season 2' DVD and Blu-ray Details Revealed

Last time they took down Unicron. This time, they've got to face something worse.

The second season of the Hub TV series hits DVD on November 20th and Blu-ray one week later. Bonus features and hi-res box art after the jump.

Shout! Factory has announced the full details of the second season release of Transformers Prime: Season 2 which will include all 26 episodes across four DVDs/Blu-rays. Besides interviews with the creative team, Shout! Factory's set will also feature an interview with Peter Cullen conducted by former CNN host Larry King.

The first season ended large with the series' take on the world devastating Unicron, and season two promises to up the ante.

With UNICRON defeated by OPTIMUS PRIME, what was thought to be the end of AUTOBOTS’ darkest hour is actually proving to be just the beginning. The dynamic second season of Hasbro Studios’ acclaimed animated hit series TRANSFORMERS PRIME digs deeper into TRANSFORMERS mythology as both the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS uncover clues relating to secret artifacts of Iacon, CYBERTRON’s capital city. Their discoveries could not only change the balance of power in the war, but also potentially revive their dead home planet. The whole shebang will set you back $29.93 MSRP on DVD and $59.99 MSRP on Blu-ray.
