This LEGO Game Boy Is Actually A Transformer!

It's not often we a see a Nintendo / Transformers mashup, actually, I don't think I've ever seen a Nintendo and Transformers mashup. Well, not up until now anyway. Yep, what you see above is a classic Nintendo Gameboy made of LEGO that's also a Transformer, but we all know the real question -- Is this guy an Autobot or a Decepticon?

Created by Julius von Brunk it seems we actually have two heroic “Nintendobots” on our hands here. The Nintendo Gameboy transforms from the classic handheld gaming system into Domaster and the included Tetris game cartridge turns into his trusty sidekick Tetrawing. We're not too sure what history these 'bots have with the Autobots and/or Decepticons, but we know they're freakin' awesome either way!

It took von Brunk a month to complete this masterpiece and according to his post on MOCpages – a great place for LEGO builders to share their work – the head and arms on Domaster took the longest to pull off. What's great is that everything we'd expect is here; all the buttons on the Gameboy are labeled, the classic “Nintendo Gameboy” text appears under the screen and there are even batteries that fit into the back of the model and act as pieces of Domaster in robot form.
