Still no word on the much-anticipated Azrael character skin and the challenger where he smacks around the 90’s.
Think there’s a chance you’ll max out your fun splitting skulls and solving the mysteries as Batman in developer Rocksteady’s upcoming Batman: Arkham City? Well, fret not, because come November, you’ll be able to take the fight to the criminal underworld with the November 1 Nightwing and November 22 Robin DLC packs which will let you play as the current and former sidekicks in the game’s existing challenge maps, while adding new skins for both characters.
The release is keen to stress that both packs will be available to all owners of the upcoming game, and not just those who purchased it through one of the many, many retailer-specific pre-order schemes that were announced. Still, you will have to shell out some cash for each of the packs, both of them getting $6.99 price tag on PSN and 560 Microsoft Points price on Xbox Live.
Here’s the official line on the new packs:
Nightwing comes complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and is playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included in the pack: Wayne Manor and Main Hall. The pack also contains a bonus Animated Series Nightwing character skin.
Topping it all off, we’ve got shots of some Nightwing renders from the game.
The Nightwing Bundle will be available on November 1 and the Robin Bundle will be available on November 22, both through PSN, Xbox Live, and on the PC. Batman: Arkham City will be available on October 18.
