'Being Human' Season 3 DVD And Blu-ray Arrive May 3rd!

Vampires, Werewolves and Ghosts… What’s not to love about the BBC’s supernatural drama Being Human? Season 3 wrapped up on BBC America back on April 9th and now they've announced the arrival of the Season 3 DVD and Blu-ray collections!

Both versions will come packed with loads of bonus features including deleted scenes, extended cast & crew interviews and a set tour with Sinead Keenan who appears in another successful BBC program you may have heard of -- Doctor Who! The DVD and Blu-ray collections will both land on U.S. shores May 3rd and in Canada on May 7th. The DVD version will set you back $50 while the Blu-ray edition costs a little more at $60.

Keep in mind that this is the BBC America series, not the Being Human series that is currently airing on SyFy! That series started this year and is only in its first season. The show we’re talking about here is the original that just finished up its third season on BBC America. We’re not knocking the SyFy series in any way; we just want to make sure everyone is on the same page. Got it? Good.

If you’re a little behind and plan on picking up Season 3 when it ships next month here’s a quick synopsis from BBC America to get you caught up…

The showdown last season with Kemp, a member of a secretive organization whose mission is to pursue supernatural beings, and Lucy Jaggat has forced some changes for the friends. Couple George and Nina plus Mitchell have fled their beloved house in Bristol and are looking for a new house to rent in Wales. They are also without Annie, who is stuck in purgatory and desperately trying to escape.
