TV Anime Adaptation of RPG 'Persona 4' In Works

Aniplex will be developing a television anime of the Persona 4 roleplaying game from Atlus. Persona 4 came out on Sony Playstation 2 in 2008, preceded by Persona 3 in 2006. Persona 3 was itself an inspiration for an anime adaptation of the series, Persona -trinity soul- in 2008.

Seiji Kishi (Angel Beats) is directing the project. There will be many persons attached to the original game franchise involved with the new anime, including designers Kazuma Kaneko and Shigenori Soejima, music composer Shoji Meguro, and much of the voice cast.
