We’re big fans of composer Bear McCreary around here, from his work on “Battlestar Galactica,” “Da Vinci’s Demons,” and more. So how does the prolific musician put together the score for a show like “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.“? Not like this. Not like this:
Yeah, so not quite how he actually does the score, but it is fun to see him goofing around on the stage. To get a little more in depth view, you can check out this video:

Biggest takeaway here is that McCreary is using an entire live orchestra, which is kind of amazing. The “S.H.I.E.L.D.” theme is pretty great… And now we know why.
