'Captain America: The Winter Soldier': Frank Grillo Wraps, Assures Us He's Crossbones

Frank Grillo

It looks like "Captain America: The Winter Soldier's" Cleveland production is winding down, after weeks of shooting. We've seen spoilery reunions, Cap's new costume, a possible romantic spoiler, and the Winter Soldier in action. And now it's all over!

As revealing as the shoot has been, one character has still eluded us. Frank Grillo, the actor playing the evil hitman called Crossbones, was spotted on set a number of times, but not once in his signature skull-tastic face mask. And now he's done shooting in Cleveland!

One fan, apparently a big Crossbones enthusiast, responded to the tweet to ask something that's half spoiler, and half something we already knew. You've been warned!

So that's reassurance that Grillo will indeed don the facemask and do some damage, but it's also confirmation that, apparently, Crossbones is a S.H.I.E.L.D. officer in the film. Or he's at least posing as one. So it looks like we'll be seeing Agent Brock Rumlow in the film for a little bit, which happens to be Crossbones alter-ego and part of one of Grillo's frequently used hash tags.

So far we've gotten a good glimpse of all the heroes involved in "Winter Soldier," but only one of the many villains (and also possible villains).
