But all of that will soon change. The actors are starting to talk, and while they've been sworn to super-secrecy, they're still teasing out just enough information to keep our anticipation high for the new TV show. Earlier this month we heard from Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen), and now IGN has another interview, this time with actress Chloe Bennet.
Bennet plays Skye, the hacktivist behind the blog Rising Tide (which has gone dark!) that gets recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D.'s forces, kind of against her will. IGN found out a bit more about Bennet's character.
"...I can say that she is this superhero-obsessed girl, in a way where she's just in awe of it, but she's also skilled in the sense that she can kind of get herself into these situations. You know, I think she's going to enjoy the ride, just like myself. I think she'll have fun.
When asked how Chloe will respond to the superhumans she comes into contact with, Bennet said, "I think she would be more one to play it a little bit cool, but then have those geek-out moments. She's not quite a cosplay girl, she's not exactly a fangirl, but she gets really excited -- but it's in here [tapping chest], just like all of us about the show, I think."
Bennet also touched upon what it's like to be part of the Marvel Universe now. "I walk past comic book stores, and I see kids... especially now that 'Iron Man 3's' out. We went to go see the midnight showing, and just sitting there in the theater before it started, I was like, 'Gaaaahhh!' Like, freaking out because it's incredible. It feels so bizarre."
