Cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer is turning out to be to "Captain America: The Winter Solider" as Marc Webb's frequently ulpdated Twitter feed is to "The Amazing Spider-Man 2." The newspaper has daily updates on the film's shooting schedule that give us non-Clevelanders a taste of what it's like to be right next to Chris Evans and company.
We previously reported on the site's extensive coverage of an outdoors action scene, and today they've liveblogged a very different type of scene. I can firmly come down on the side of SPOILER with this news update, and it's one that has your trusty editor flipping out (in this scenario, I am your trust editor).

So filming has moved indoors to Cleveland's Tower City center, as reported in The Plain Dealer's live blog of everything "Captain America" related. But even without bullets and fists flying, today's shoot managed to be just as exciting.
What is happening?!
Listen, so, it is entirely possible that this is a friendly kiss between Captain America and Black Widow. But what if it isn't? Are Steve and Natasha a couple now? This might not be a bad development, but then I again I like it more when the Marvel movies explore non-romantic relationships in their films. "Marvel's the Avengers" was full of fascinating and heartfelt pairings, even if none of them were romantic (#sciencebros aside, obvs).
So I don't know how I feel about "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" foregoing whatever interesting platonic relationship Steve and Natasha built in "Avengers" for a possible romantic one. I'm not saying it couldn't work, but I am saying that it might be the less-interesting choice.
This is even more shocking since "Winter Soldier" counts two of Cap and Widow's longtime loves in its cast: Sharon Carter and Bucky "Winter Soldier" Barnes. I gotta say, I'm not big into shipping, but these are two pairings I would ship if I shipped, especially Black Widow/Winter Soldier. Is the Cap sequel setting up a potential love rectangle?!
Head over to The Plain Dealer for even more extensive "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" coverage, today and pretty much every day.
