"Iron Man 3" will soon be coming to Disneyland. The new movie is a perfect fit for the California theme park, as Marvel is going to take over the Innoventions section of Tomorrowland starting on April 13.
The Disney Blog writes that Marvel will be launching an "Iron Man Tech Presented by Stark Industries" exhibit. Among the items present will be Tony Stark's Hall of Armor, and there will also be an opportunity to virtually "suit up."
Don't expect all of Tony's suits to be at this exhibit, though. The Hall of Armor will feature the Marks I-VII, meaning no Hulkbuster or Silver Centurion. That being said, the Disney Blog says that fans will be able to be a part of a simulation experience where they get to test out the Mark XLII armor.
"Through simulation technology, guests will be able to see what it’s like to operate the latest pieces of the Mark 42 Iron Man armor, even getting the chance to test out its infamous repulsor blasts," the site says.
This doesn't sound like it will be a permanent exhibition, but it should at least last through "Iron Man 3's" theatrical run. The film opens on May 3.
