Hardcore fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe know that Phil Coulson isn't the only S.H.I.E.L.D. agent holding the super-spy force together. Agent Jasper Sitwell, played by Maximiliano Hernandez, has suited up (in an actual suit, not an Iron Man suit) in a handful of Marvel projects. Hernandez previously appeared as Agent Jasper Sitwell in "Thor" and "Marvel's the Avengers." He also appeared in the Marvel One-Shots short films "The Consultant" and "Item 47." Judging by Hernandez's recent tweets, it appears that Agent Sitwell is returning to the Helicarrier for another appearance. Exactly where he'll pop up remains a mystery. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

So beautiful I'm LA today. Does it ever get this nice in Cleveland? twitter.com/maxitois4real/…— Max Hernandez (@maxitois4real) March 16, 2013
One would assume that Sitwell fits right into the world of the "S.H.I.E.L.D." TV series, and he just might show up there in the future. But it's that Cleveland remark that lets us know that it's most likely "Captain America: The Winter Soldier." The Cap sequel begins principal photography on April 1st in Cleveland, a city that gets name-dropped in one of Hernandez's tweets. Case closed! We're one step closer to opening a detective agency!
Sitwell has been one of Marvel Comics' most prominent S.H.I.E.L.D. agents since his debut in "Strange Tales" #144 in 1966. Here's hoping that the MCU version rises to equal prominence.
