'Arrow' Promo For 'Betrayal' Teases David Anders' Appearance

If you liked the fact that "Fringe" actor Seth Gabel starred in the most recent episode of "Arrow," "Vertigo," then you're going to love who's stopping by in next week's episode, "Betrayal."

David Anders, best known for his work on shows like "Alias," "Heroes" and "Once Upon a Time," will be playing the villain Cyrus Vanch, and it looks like he will be Oliver Queen's most dangerous enemy yet. The CW has released a new extended promo for "Betrayal" that gives fans a taste of Vanch a week early. Based on what we've seen, it seems like we all should be very happy to have Anders back on the small screen.

Check out the episode description for "Betrayal" after the jump, along with the promo!

"Cyrus Vanch (Guest star David Anders), a nefarious criminal, is recently released from prison and intends to re-secure his position as leader of the underworld.
