For someone who has a relatively small role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Kat Dennings is an expert at playing coy about her character. It has been revealed that she'll be back for "Thor: The Dark World" as Natalie Portman's sidekick Darcy, but beyond that we don't know much -- and she's not talking.
“I can’t tell you a lot,” Dennings told Metro UK. “I don’t know exactly what they’re releasing, so I’m not sure what I’m allowed to say. And if I say the wrong thing, I’m going to probably be assassinated."
It is believed that Darcy will have a boyfriend played by Jonathan Howard in this film, Comic Book Movie reports, but it's still not clear how much time Thor is going to spend on Earth in this movie or if Darcy for whatever reason will join him on his adventures to other realms. Because of that, it makes sense that Dennings would want to keep the details of her role a secret until "Thor: The Dark World" comes out in November. She at least did talk about what it's been like filming the sequel comic book movie.
“The experience has been fantastic. I think the atmosphere of this movie is going to feel a lot more authentic for fans," she said. "I think that will be really cool.”
"Thor: The Dark World" comes out November 8.
