‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ ‘The Walking Dead’ Shut Out Of Golden Globes

The 2013 Golden Globes nominations are in… and Batman isn’t happy.

The Dark Knight Rises,” Christopher Nolan’s final film in his trilogy of Batman movies, failed to land a single major nomination at the Golden Globes, despite the historic nature of the franchise, and the overall sentiment that the film’s predecessor, “The Dark Knight,” was gypped during its awards-season cycle. Likewise, “The Walking Dead,” currently enjoying its best reviewed and highest viewed season to date, was left out of the major nominations.
