‘Wonder Woman’ TV Series Could Feature Yet Another Costume, Says NBC President

Celebrities are always scrutinized for what they wear, and it seems that it’s even worse if you’re Wonder Woman. We’ve seen Adrianne-Palicki as Wonder-Woman in a shiny publicity shot and red-booted set photos, but there might be yet another outfit waiting to be unveiled.

According to TVLine, there’s a third outfit that has yet to be seen by the public and it should please fans.

“There was an initial outcry about the long pants – you know, skintight pants as opposed to those little shorts [worn by Lynda Carter in the original TV series],” said NBC president Robert Greenblatt. “But the shorts were always planned. They are actually used in the final confrontation when she beats Veronica Cale [played by Elizabeth Hurley].”

Some people thought that the change from shiny to not-so-shiny happened because people complained about the original outfit. However, Greenblatt denied that any changes were made as a result of audience feedback.

“We haven’t made any changes from what was planned,” he said. “But it’s always good to hear the feedback. I’d rather have people really passionately engaged in conversation, even if they hate something, than be kind of bored.”
