‘Jersey Shore,’ ‘Highlander’ And ‘Blackest Night: Flash’ In Today’s Twitter Report

Phil Hester checked out the first episode of “Jersey Shore” this week and now appears to be contemplating the life of a supervillain, according to his tweets. Rob Liefeld, meanwhile, was pondering the future of comics last night and laid down a prediction for how long they’ll be around in their current form.

Elsewhere, artist Nikki Cook watched one of my all-time favorite episodes of “Highlander: The Series,” which features the best use of her song “Cherry Bomb” in the history of television. There’s an episode of the “The O.C.” that ranks just beneath it. Check out those tweets after the jump, as well as Geoff Johns’ promise for the next issue of “Blackest Night: Flash” and some new Todd McFarlane artwork.

It’s all in the Twitter Report for December 4, 2009.

@ErikJLarsen Leonardo da Vinci supposedly said, “Art is never finished, only abandoned” That applies to comics as well. You can’t spend forever on a page
