'Avatar' Inspiration, More 'Losers' Pics And Wonder Woman Punching Racism In Today's Twitter Report

Twitter - AvatarAt least one famous comics artist claims James Cameron as a "major influence" and can't wait to see the director new effects-heavy film "Avatar."

Given Rob Liefeld's action scene sensibilities, that fact shouldn't surprise anyone, but he and Bryan Lee O'Malley lead the Twitter Report's feed of comics and movies-related tweets today.

"The Losers" artist Jock returned to tweeting as well, today, with some new video and pictures shown on a Spanish-language website, straight off the adaptation's set in Puerto Rico.

Each of those posts, as well as Matt Fraction on "Mad Men," and details for anyone who's ever wondered how fast Rick Remender writes, are all below in the Twiter Report for August 24, 2009.

Parting Wisdom for the Day:

@cminzzz Watching people play GTA is a lot more fun than playing it. Especially when it is my grandma. Watching her kill people is pleasing.
