Who would have guessed that Image Comics co-founder Jim Lee and Marvel Comics shared a common birthday? Well, thanks to the magic of Twitter, that piece of trivia has been made available to the masses today.
So, happy birthday to both the man who drew "All Star Batman and Robin" and the company that gave me "Howard the Duck" and "Slapstick." The Twitter Report wishes you many more years and great comics.
Mixed in with those two celebrations in the Twitterverse, I've also thrown in some "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" commentary from X-artist Mike Choi, as well as some "Halo" toy-related tweeting from Todd McFarlane, and photo link from Rob Liefeld featuring some X-Baby cuteness from Wizard World Chicago over the weekend that you should check out before anything else.
It's all in the Twitter Report for August 11, 2009.
