'DC Universe Online'"DC Universe Online," the video game which will take Superman, Batman, and the rest of the company's stable of characters into the world of massively multiplayer online gaming, has added yet another popular comic book writer to its already high-profile creative team.

Comics veteran Marv Wolfman, probably best known for his 1980s run on "Teen Titans," will join well-known creators Jim Lee and Geoff Johns in scripting the eagerly anticipated game.

Gaming site Big Download broke the news to the online world, citing a possibly mistimed article in the latest issue of Wizard Magazine that revealed Wolfman's involvement. According to Big Download, Wolfman will be responsible for expanding storylines developed by Johns and Lee.

Along with his notable work on "Teen Titans," Wolfman also created the Marvel Comics' vampire-hunting "day-walker," Blade.

MTV News spoke to Johns, one of the current "architects" of the DC comics universe, early last month to get the scoop on "DC Universe Online," so you can expect to hear more about Wolfman's involvement here on MTV.com in the near future.
