Grizzly Bear Reveal New Song, Announce Album And Tour

It’s always nice when one of your favorite bands comes out of nowhere to announce their new album just a few months ahead of time, and that is exactly what has happened to us here at MTV News with Brooklyn harmonizers Grizzly Bear, who have revealed details behind their upcoming fourth album.

The follow-up to ‘09’s critically heralded Veckatimest is currently untitled but will hit the streets on September 18 via Warp (which is also home to member Chris Taylor’s amazing solo project, CANT). On top of that, Grizzly Bear released one of the new ten tracks, “Sleeping Ute,” to go along with their announcement. Listen:

The band also revealed a wealth of stateside tour dates in support of their newest effort, which will kick off just a couple of days before the album’s release on September 16 in Knoxville, Tennessee, before wrapping up at the iconic Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 10.
