According to Orange County Deputy Coroner Mitchell Sigal, Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan died of an accidental overdose when he passed away last December. Toxicology reports found a combination of alcohol and a number of different prescription drugs in his system.
DJ Pauly D Nominated For Title Of "America's Best DJ"
"Jersey Shore" star DJ Pauly D has been nominated as a finalist in the America's Best DJ competition. Pauly D will be up against 99 other performers, including such legendary spinners as Armand Van Helden, Carl Craig, Crystal Method, Diplo, Tommie Sunshine, ?uestlove, Girl Talk, Mixmaster Mike, Moby, Junior Vasquez and Grandmaster Flash.
