According to Orange County Deputy Coroner Mitchell Sigal, Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan died of an accidental overdose when he passed away last December. Toxicology reports found a combination of alcohol and a number of different prescription drugs in his system.

DJ Pauly D Nominated For Title Of "America's Best DJ"

"Jersey Shore" star DJ Pauly D has been nominated as a finalist in the America's Best DJ competition.
