Spotted: Nick Jonas Swears In The Administration

Every day a multitude of stars wanders through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with our intrepid correspondents. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

The full list of nominations for the 2010 version of the Grammy Awards are out, delivered via Wednesday night's live telecast. That show also featured live performances from host LL Cool J, the Black Eyed Peas and Maxwell. But Nick Jonas grabbed the big headlines, as he debuted his new side project Nick Jonas and the Administration. The new combo performed a new song called "Who I Am," which comes from the album of the same name that will hit stores on February 2. "It definitely was different," Nick told MTV News about performing without his brothers. "But I think going into it, knowing they were supportive made it all right. I was looking forward to it. ... It was a lot of fun being up there tonight."

Not everybody was hanging out watching the Grammy nomination special last night. Courtney Love hit the red carpet with "The Lovely Bones" star Saoirse Ronan at a screening for that film, and Mariah Carey showed up to the annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball with husband Nick Cannon in tow.
