Some directors take on a movie project with an actor in mind. Some screenwriters use certain actors as inspiration when they're pulling together a story. But why should a teenage superstar with a proven track record of spinning gold wait around for such luck, when she's got the magic of Disney behind her? Mouse producers hooked her up with Nicholas Sparks, author of "The Notebook" and the novel-turned-Mandy-Moore-vehicle "A Walk to Remember," who will simultaneously write a novel and movie adaptation for the 15-year-old.
