· Rumors abound that Rage Against The Machine and Wilco are going to be added to this year's Lollapalooza lineup. If true, the festival, which runs August 1-3 in Chicago, will distinguish itself as the heavyweight musical gathering of the season.
· The he-says, she-says continues in the Remy Ma trial but the second day of proceedings was less scathing than the first. A witness testified that he saw the Bronx-bred rapper brandish a hand gun before entering the car of Makeda Barnes-Joseph, who was shot in the ensuing argument over money allegedly stolen from the former Terror Squad star. Another witness, however, testified she didn't see the rapper with a gun before jumping in Barnes-Joseph's car. No lawyers puffed out their chest and slung mud in the courtroom. In fact, Remy's attorney called the events "tragic," one day after accusing Barnes-Joseph of being a celebrity groupie.
· The transformation continues. Kevin Federline is apparently in talks to star on Broadway, in the stage version of "Legally Blonde." Britney's ex-husband is said to be playing three roles in the play. [via US Weekly]
· Kelley Deal, of The Breeders, is set to publish a book on...knitting. Bags That Rock: Knitting on the Road with Kelley Deal has tips and tricks on designing one's own bags. It's due out in October. The new Breeders album, Mountain Battles, is due out on April 7th.
