The night has finally come to say "Thank You and Goodbye" to ABC Family’s longest-running original scripted series, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." What a better way to do it than by seeing our favorite characters pressed to make some life-changing decisions and dressed in the ever stylish cap and gown.

While we can only imagine how the outcome of tonight’s episode will bring us to tears, this will certainly not be a final goodbye for the actors of the hit series. We know what star Shailene Woodley is up to for the next few months (hello, every YA adaptation, ever), but what of her co-stars? Let's find out!

Greg Finley (Jack Pappas) was recently cast in the new alien drama "Star-Crossed." The show, starring Aimee Teegarden and Matt Lanter, is set to premiere mid-season on The CW.

Francia Raisa (Adrian Lee)—most recently seen dancing on YouTube with Selena Gomez—has three films lined up for the upcoming year, including the TV movie “Christmas Bounty,” about a former bounty-hunter-turned-elementary-schoolteacher who returns home for Christmas to help save the family business. The flick will premiere on ABC Family this holiday season as part of the network’s annual 25 Days of Christmas.

Megan Park’s (Grace Bowman) new film “The F Word,” starring Daniel Radcliffe, is currently in post-production. The film is a story of a young man and woman who struggle to keep their friendship as they develop deep romantic feelings.

And, of course, we couldn't forget our two leading men, Ken Baumann (Ben Boykewish) and Daren Kagasoff (Ricky Underwood). According to his Twitter account, Ken has his own surprise for the fans. Earlier today the actor tweeted, “I’ll be back tomorrow with an announcement. I'm working on a new project, and I'd love your support." Meanwhile, Daren’s Fox pilot “Delirium,” starring Emma Roberts, was unfortunately not picked up for this fall season, but we have high hopes that these two men will return to TVs soon to steal our hearts again.
